It has been recently renovated into a luxury apartment with 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The terrace and swimming pool are completely private to you when you rent the apartment
The apartment with a bright living room with a sliding door that opens onto the terrace by the pool. The living room has good sofas, a TV with all European channels and fiber wifi. The open kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a utility room with a washing machine. There are 3 spacious bedrooms with enough closet space and wonderful beds for a good night’s sleep. (all bedrooms open onto the pool terrace). The bathrooms are very spacious and finished with marble, really a picture.
Parking on the plot for 2-3 cars.
The owner lives upstairs but they travel a lot. The owners are 100% not present during the months of July and August.
If you want to come and do not want the owners to be there, please ask us in advance.
