During the Check-in we receive the guests, explain the house and equipment, tell the guests about nice sights and familiarize them with the region, put a bottle of wine and water for the guests as a welcome package, and handle (if necessary) the financial side.

We currently have more customers than homes. We also work with many portals where we place and rent out the holiday homes of the owners.
You don’t have to do anything yourself, we can take care of everything. All bookings will be discussed with the homeowner before we approve the reservations. We discuss literally everything with the owner. Cleaning your holiday home is actually the most important thing together with a good bed and sofa! We have a very professional cleaning team that carries out the final cleaning. We have very good reviews about our team, complaints are a NO-GO for us in terms of cleaning!
Cleaning, fixed rate.
For renting incl. key management we ask 8.5% (VAT excl.) of the rental amount. This includes check-ins, check-outs, and key management.
Please note: for key management, your home has to be located in the following places on the Costa Blanca: Albir, Alfaz del pi, Altea, La Nucia, Benidorm, Finestrat and Polop.
Do you want us to look after your house only because you do not live in Spain all year round?
We can take care of the cleaning when you come into your 2nd home.
Everything will be nice and clean and you can immediately start enjoying your home.
If you are not there and the alarm goes off, for example, we will handle this for you.
When something is delivered, we will accept it for you at the house. If something is broken, we will have it fixed if you wish.
You only pay for cleaning (fixed rate) and if there are calamities you pay us per hour.
You always know what to expect. (the prices are agreed in advance)

Renting out your home without key management and cleaning
We can offer all houses in Spain on well-known portals, on our website and we will advertise on all media platforms.
We make sure that your agenda is filled with reservations. We ask 8.5% (VAT excl.) of the rental amount of your home when we book your home. We NEVER book without the owner’s permission, guests cannot book without approval.
