This Holiday apartment is in a truly fantastic location in the center of Altea, overlooking the marina and the sea.
The balcony is 15m2, has an unobstructed view, can be reached through the sliding doors of both the room and the bedroom and is in the sun almost all day.
The renovation was completed in March 2022 and everything is new and equipped with fully automatic air conditioning, WiFi, a cooking island, American fridge with an ice maker.
The large apartment has 3 bedrooms with 6 beds and 2 bathrooms and is located on the 2nd floor in a quiet apartment complex with mostly permanent residents and is therefore not available for young people up to 24 years. The apartment is accessible via stairs and 2 lifts.
You can park for free at the nearby marina.
Once you have left the apartment, you are directly at the marina and the kilometre-long boulevard and beach can be reached within a minimum walking distance.
There is a swimming pool at the marina, a 5-minute walk from the apartment, and for € 5 per day, you can rent a sunbed and umbrella. If you order food it’s even free.
Altea is located on the Costa Blanca and has been named by the World Health Organization as one of the healthiest places in the world with an average temperature of 15 degrees from January to 30 in August, averaging 320 days of sunshine a year.
Alicante airport is a 45-minute drive from Altea. Excellent bus and train connections are available. Valencia airport is also easily accessible and has a good connection with London, Eindhoven, Dusseldorf and many other large airports.
Altea itself has everything you need for a holiday, whether you want to be sporty by cycling or water sports, rent a boat, laze on the beach on one of the many beautiful beaches in the area, enjoy the rich nature or taste the culture in the old authentic centre of Altea.
Conviviality is a matter of course in lively Altea a beautiful historic Mediterranean area with cosy streets with pebbles and white facades and of course a large number of cosy restaurants and traditional shops.
