Next to the living room/kitchen, there is a terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast.
On the terrace, you look out over the spacious garden with a beautiful outdoor kitchen where you can enjoy a nice game of darts or jeu de boules.
You also have a view of the swimming pool, where you can relax, with plenty of room to top up your tan in the sun.
Downstairs in the villa, with its own entrance (outside the villa), there is a guesthouse, a studio with a good bed, a spacious walk-in closet, a bathroom and of course also equipped with an air conditioner.
This studio also has a terrace with a table and chairs.
The villa is equipped for 4 people, but with the studio underneath, 6 people are also welcome.
