This beautiful villa with breathtaking sea views is 500m from ‘La Fustera’ beach in Benissa Costa, a stone’s throw from Calpe and Moraira. Shops, restaurants and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity (500m).
Suitable for 2 to 16 people and always for at least 7 nights during high season, starting and ending on Saturday. This can be deviated from in certain cases.
The villa has 2 floors with a total of 5 bedrooms and 12 beds, 3 bathrooms with showers and bath, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 1 living room. There is also a TV room with a double bed-settee and a double bed-settee in the master bedroom, which sleeps 16. All windows have double glazing.
Living room and kitchen have an adjoining spacious terrace with table, chairs and gas BBQ.

On the sun terrace (which adjoins the swimming pool) there are 6 sun loungers, 3 parasols, as well as a garden shower and garden furniture.

There is also an outdoor American pool billiards 8 feet on a lower terrace.
There is also a beautiful and shady basement next to the swimming pool where you can relax. This basement also has a refrigerator, sink, kitchen facilities and outdoor toilet.
Kitchen is fully equipped with combination refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, oven, etc.

If you would like to have the pool preheated, we will charge 100 euros to heat the pool. You must indicate this in advance because it takes several days before the pool is heated.
Smoking is not allowed in the house, ashtrays are provided on the terraces.
Pets allowed subject to consultation and written permission.
Possibility to rent for longer periods.
We also rent fully insured cars that are parked in a secure parking lot at Alicante airport.
A shuttle service is included that will take you from the car park and the airport and vice versa.
The key to the car can be obtained and handed in from the parking manager. No loss of time on arrival or departure, no extra expensive insurance…
