Suitable for 2 to 15 adults and can be rented during high season for at least 7 nights, always starting and ending on Saturday.
Out-of-season, freely selectable (number of) days start and end dates.
The house has a ground floor with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen and living room with an adjoining spacious (buffet) terrace.
In the living room, there is a fold-away double bed, which can sleep up to 8 people.
The 1st floor is accessible via a separate entrance and also has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, equipped kitchen and living room with buffet terrace.
If one floor is rented, the other floor is closed off, then we guarantee complete privacy at all times.

Ground floor rooms have 2 double beds and 2 single beds.
Rooms on the 1st floor have 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed.

The living room and bedrooms have air conditioning, fans, double glazing and automatic ventilation.

On the ground floor: 2 bathrooms; 1 with bath, other with walk-in shower.

Prices include the consumption of water, gas and electricity (including air conditioning) during the high season (May to September).
Outside the summer season, water, gas and electricity consumption are calculated based on meter readings.
Rent varies and depends on the period in which you want to rent, duration of stay, number of people and whether you want to rent one or two floors.
Deposit is 500 euros per floor and final cleaning is 150 euros for 1 floor, 300 euros for the complete villa.
We ask €100 for heating up the pool.
Also available for rent for longer periods outside high season.
We also rent a VW Caddy Maxi for up to 7 people, 1.6 TDi with, among others. air conditioning, GPS, tow bar, etc. and Citroën Jumpy up to 8 people, 2.0 TDi
Cars are parked in a closed parking lot at Alicante airport. This also includes a shuttle service from the operator that transports you between the airport and the (nearby) parking lot and vice versa. Rental price on request. Fully insured, so no additional insurance is required as with rental companies, no queues (holiday starts immediately…).
