This amazing villa-finca was renovated in 2022 into a pearl for 6 pers.. The pool was designed by the owner and is the jewel of the finca. The villa offers a lot of outdoor living through several terraces with beautiful views over Altea, Alfaz Albir to Benidorm. On the other side you have a view of the beautiful mountains.
The villa consists of 2 floors.
The top floor has its own entrance and offers 2 x 2pers bedrooms, 1 spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, a kitchen with a dishwasher and all necessities are present. The living room has a cosy sitting area and a satellite TV with channels from almost all of Europe. The villa is also equipped with a good Wi-Fi.
From the living room you enter a great large terrace that overlooks the swimming pool and Altea and Albir. There is a lovely large table where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner. Next to the house there are all cosy terraces such as a BBQ area with a large picnic table and a view as far as Benidorm. At the pool is a lovely lounge sofa to enjoy the sun and all the beautiful plants. There are sunbeds around the pool, 6 pieces.
Around the house are fruit trees, plates, palm trees and in the summer the garden is full of colour because of the beautiful flowers.
The ground floor has its own entrance to the studio which is equipped with a double bed, a cosy sitting area, a small fridge, a spacious wardrobe and a bathroom with a washing machine, a walk-in closet, a toilet and sink. There is also a coffee machine in the studio.
You can park on the lot, here a large carport to park your cars in the shade.
This villa is a small holiday paradise.
You do not share with anyone else, the entire villa, pool and garden are completely private.
