Our luxury holiday apartment of 155.6 m2 is located in one of the most beautiful urbanizations of Altea, Costa Blanca, Spain. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, one suite with sliding door to the terrace and 2 newly fitted bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment is modern, light, and fully equipped, such as air conditioning, ceiling fans, mosquito nets, USB wall connections, super fast fiber optic internet and internet TV including Netflix and hundreds of channels, including the Dutch. Also now filtered drinking water, so no need for plastic bottles.
There is an elevator in the beautiful complex that takes you to the third floor where our (holiday) apartment is located. Our apartment is not only suitable for families with children, but also for seniors (who have difficulty walking) it is a nice place to stay. Everything is on the ground floor and the apartment is homely and comfortably furnished.
You can rent our holiday apartment all year round. It is only 2 km from the beach and the lively boulevards of Altea, Albir and Benidorm and only 1 km from the Don Cayo golf course. You can spend a wonderful summer holiday here, because the apartment complex has 2 large swimming pools, or come to spend the winter for a few months.
For example, you can enjoy a lovely walk together and enjoy the beautiful panoramas.
