The accommodation is suitable for groups of 2 to 15 adults, with a minimum rental period of 7 nights during the summer season, starting and ending on Saturdays. In the off-season, guests have the flexibility to choose the number of days and the start and end dates for their stay.

I provide personalized quotes for each rental period and occupancy level.

During the summer months (May to September), the rental price includes the costs for water, gas, and electricity, including air conditioning. For all other times of the year, these utilities are charged based on meter readings.

Pool heating is available upon request, with costs calculated according to meter readings.

Rental prices vary based on the duration of stay, number of guests, and whether you wish to rent one or both floors of the villa.

Guests can enjoy complimentary use of all bath towels and bed linens, as well as Wi-Fi internet access. A safe is also provided for your convenience.

A deposit of 500 euros is required per floor, with final cleaning fees of 175 euros for one floor and 250 euros for the entire villa. Longer rental periods are also available.

The villa features a ground floor with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room that opens onto a large terrace. The first floor, accessible via a separate entrance, also includes three bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room with a terrace.

When one level is rented, the other remains closed, ensuring complete privacy for guests.

Each floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, oven, and kitchen towels. The first floor also has a dishwasher, as well as an outdoor kitchen.

The ground floor accommodates up to six guests with two double beds, two single beds, and a double fold-away bed in the living area.
