The living room is light and opens onto the spacious terrace through 2 large sliding doors. The terrace is very spacious and sunny. You have an open view over the golf course, towards the see and Altea. Every day a new painting to look at. There is very comfortable furniture on the terrace.
There is also a separate toilet downstairs.
A staircase takes you upstairs to the 2 bedrooms, both with a good double bed and ample closet space. Both bedrooms are adjacent to a terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful view. 2 beautiful bathrooms complete the picture.
You can walk from the apartment to the golf course.
The complex has a tennis court and a beautiful swimming pool with plenty of space for sunbathing. There are cots available.
